Schematic and PCB design software

WinQcad software is a complete EDA (electronic design automation) system for PC compatible computers and Windows 95/98/NT/2K/XP operating system. It includes schematic and PCB (printed circuit board) modules, which can be used either in conjunction or independently. The schematic module supports flat design, simple hierarchy, and complex hierarchy (providing for multiple instances of the same schematics). The part/net list generated by the schematic module provides a link to the PCB module, which supports interactive and automatic placement of elements, a manual and full automatic wire routing, as well as an exhaustive DRC test

• You can use only WinQcad schematic design software and export the netlist to any popular PCB layout design program, or
• You can use only WinQcad PCB design software and import the netlist from any popular schematic program (you can also enter the netlist manually), or
• You can use the complete package. In this case, by taking advantage of the consistent user interface, you have less to learn, or
• You can use your own PCB software and WinQcad for routing and/or auto-routing (provided your software includes Specctra interface). The users of Cadsoft Eagle can also use the WinQcad autorouter.
