Registered users are entitled to free technical support provided through e-mail for 2 years. After 2 years, the support is not free and can be ordered from www.winqcad.com/support.html. The users who are not registered can submit up to 5 inquires without being charged. However, all the inquiries posted to the Microcad's Forum, are free for all and not time limited. They can be answered by other WinQcad users and, in many cases, by the Microcad's support team.

Now, if you have decided to order and activate the program, by applying the Unlock Code, just click over the Order button that corresponds to the pin capacity of your choice.

Upgrade policy:

If you want to purchase more pin capacity, within 2 years after purchasing the software, you can visit www.winqcad.com/upgrade.html and pay only for the price difference. If in doubt, please send us an email  New versions (upgrades) are free for the period of 2 years.
