You are welcome to order Microcad's e-mail based technical support regardless of your registration status (i.e. if you exhausted the quota of 5 free inquiries). To do so, you need to enter the "Number of inquiries", press the "Order" button, and fill-up the form to be used by our secure on-line credit card processing server. The price is $20 US per inquiry. One inquiry corresponds to a single technical question to be answered by our support staff, unless answering the question requires examination of your project/library files. In the latter case, you need to specify 2 inquiries for each such question.
